What are sister circles?
A sister circle is a sacred gathering of women, a community rooted in love, connection, and shared growth. It is a safe space where we come together in ceremony to honor our stories, support one another, and celebrate the cycles of nature. Within the circle, we create a place to release what no longer serves us and to welcome healing, empowerment, and renewal.
In circle, every voice is heard, every heart is valued, and every woman is reminded of the strength, wisdom, and light she carries within.
Often the circles are themed around the festivals from the wheel of the year, honouring the natural energies that surround us. Activities that are usually involved includes:
* guided visualisations / relaxation
* ceremony or rituals
* sharing of experiences / stories
* crafts
You do not need to have previous experience or knowledge of spiritual practices to join in. All women are welcome.
