What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a gentle, heart-opening gathering where people come together in community to share a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao and set meaningful intentions. Rooted in ancient tradition, these ceremonies invite participants to slow down, connect inward, and experience cacao as a sacred plant medicine that fosters clarity, compassion, and emotional warmth. Cacao also has many health benefits as it contains vitamins and minerals which elevate mood, lower blood pressure and increase energy levels.
Contraindications for Cacao
Cacao is a natural stimulant containing theobromine and caffeine. It has blood pressure lowering effects and is also very rich when drank in ceremony due to the high dose. You should not drink Cacao if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or any digestive issues. If you are concerned that Cacao may not be appropriate for you to drink, please discuss with Nikki.​​
